April 21, 2020, Milton, GA – SereneIT, Inc., an IT engineering firm, consulting company, and managed services provider formally announces our plan to help small business in the southeast recover from the business impact COVID-19 has had.

Our patent-pending automation for a large pharmaceutical company greatly reduces the time investment IT personnel need to spend on infrastructure tasks and minimizes human error, supporting their organization’s mission. Furthermore, our engineering team is helping local, critical civil services by securing some of the largest cities in the southeast U.S. with our cutting-edge automation and managed service expertise.

Additionally, our CFO is also a part-time PA-C internalist with a practice in Dunwoody, GA, graduating with honors from Emory Medical School nearly nineteen years ago. She faces the fear and uncertainty experienced by many frontline workers, both for herself, her husband of twenty years, and their children. She is currently assisting their community in her medical position during this health crisis.

Our organization has committed to further helping our community recover by offering IT consulting at no charge to small businesses and local governments.

Civil services and local governments included in our initial discussions were the cities of Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Cumming, Roswell, Milton, and Atlanta. We have received several responses and are working with business retention managers and economic development personnel at the local government level.

Though our IT engineering firm is young, we are committed improving the IT experience for our clients. We focus on advancement of our patent-pending IT automation, mandate compliance with SOC requirements, and utilize Agile, DevOps-based development practices traditionally seen in only very large IT firms.
